Our equine companions rely on us to provide love, fun and of course their dinner.
It isn't always easy to find someone you can trust to take care of them when you are away. It is a big commitment to take on the care of a horse for a day, let alone a week, which can make deciding to go on holiday or out for the day a difficult decision for you.
Friendly Ginger can give you the support you need so that you can relax knowing everyone back at home is being cared for as if you were there.
Our visits will include a minimum of: Mucking out, grooming, feed, hay and water, turn in and/or out, and any rug changes that are needed.
Ridden exercise or lunging can also be provided, subject to the correct insurance being in place, to help maintain their fitness and wellbeing.
Our services are flexible and we can tailor your care package to follow your current routine visiting once or twice a day.
Prices start from £15 per day and Friendly Ginger offer discounts for multiple and block bookings.
If you stable your horses at your home, we can create a care package to include the pets in your house and our visits can also include light household duties such as watering plants, putting out your bins, bringing in your post and opening and closing curtains, to give your home that 'lived in' look.
